Are you interested in becoming a Pbs  team member here is what we are always on the lookout for .

You must be out on the bank on a regular basis and be of a reasonable standard of angling and also have a reasonable standard of photography.

We prefer team members to also have a fairly active social media profile as this helps to push and promote Pioneer bait solutions to a wider audience after all Pbs is a business and relies on  word of mouth as to the quality of our products, team members need to be an honest, friendly and outgoing individuals who represents the company on the bank as well as online and be able to give regular feedback and catch reports.

Being a team member does not mean a free bait deal but obviously you will receive a reasonable discount on all Pbs products but all team members are still expected to pay their own postage unless they are collecting their orders from HQ .

As a team member you would have the opportunity to test new baits and you would be expected to give honest feedback  as this is the only way that we can resolve any issues before the bait goes on sale to the general public.
